INFORMATION: answers to
general
questions ANGLER/CO-ANGLER SIGN UP AND DRAW!!!!!! FRIDAY before at River Marine: 5:30-6:30pm….. leave CHECK at River Marine in LABELED SEALED ENVELOPE “week of” tournament is ok. Co-anglers are GUARANTEED to fish if signed up with a PRO…ie…..two checks-two names-one envelope! Sign up on clipboard at counter. MUST BE A MEMBER TO FISH POINTS TOURNAMENTS.
Open team points and outlaw: sign up same day is ok. BRING EXACT $$$$ OR CHECK.
8# pot broken/8# fish NOT eligible for big fish pot, 8# POT available in points tournaments only.
Big fish and 8 # pot fees are included in all entry fees…they are not options.
POINTS TOURNAMENTS: big fish and 8 # pot will be split equally between the angler and co-angler/team members. “Ghost boater” eligible to receive 100% of both pots.
MEMBERSHIP FORMS, SIGN-UP SHEET, and ENVELOPES will be available attached to clipboard at River Marine.. Need to fill out COMPLETELY!!! Email, PHONE NUMBER , address etc….be sure to include checks/cash. MEMBERSHIP is $25. River Marine will accept sealed envelopes and place in safe location. CHECKS ARE PREFERRED over cash….exact cash only!!!
If you CANNOT FISH, CALL RIVER MARINE BEFORE 6:30PM /before the draw!!!! call ASAP!!!!!
WON BASS rules and regulations will apply, LIGHTS MUST WORK to first stop. KILL SWITCHES MUST WORK. LIVEWELL CHECKS WILL ALSO BE MANDATORY.!!! Must be inside of the no wake buoy at Fisher’s by scheduled weigh in time or 1 # penalty @ minute late.
5-6 WEIGH BAGS WILL BE GIVEN OUT FOR WEIGH IN: BE PATIENT!!! We are very efficient at weighing the fish!!! 5-6 bags allows us to NOT have a long line at scale…goal is to not have any anglers OR fish setting for any extended period of time. Please pull away from shore once fish are on way to scale. Bags will have heavy duty zippers. Let us know if a bag is not functional. CATCH AND REALEASE BOAT will be available at every tournament…..all fish belong to Yuma Bassmasters once they are placed in the possession of the WEIGHMASTER or the TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR. Dead and/or dying (.2 # PENALTY FOR EACH DEAD FISH) or dying fish will NOT be placed in the catch and release boat, they will be the responsibility of the anglers.
Any protests MUST be turned in to the tournament director BEFORE the scales close!!!!!!
Use CATCH AND RELEASE moderately , WE “SHOULD” have it available. Monitor your fish regularly and as the water temp. increases …. Keep the livewells running constantly…..river fish need the oxygen and thrive on it.

$$ awards for Open Team series to be determined after fundraiser, jackets guaranteed to the top 6 anglers at present.
